The trailer parks outside
Warm-water bath, grooming table and dryers are all inside. We plug in our own extension cord and hose pipe at your home.

Clean, fluffy and straight back inside to show off. You never left home.
Nervous of the dryer? We work around it.
Some dogs love the whole thing. Some don't love the noise. A happy hoodie over the ears cancels out the noise, and we groom them gently and give them time.

The water is warm too. Our trailer has its own gas geyser, so even a winter bath is a comfortable one.

Good to know
Matted coats
We don't de-mat badly knotted fur. It's painful for your dog and can lead to skin irritation. We recommend a shave and a fresh start.
Long-haired dogs
Please brush them regularly between grooms, so the coat doesn't knot or mat. Matting is uncomfortable and can cause skin irritation and yeast infections.
Rain and cancellations
Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel. Cancelling on the day costs R100 per dog. Please watch the weather and let us know 24 hours before if you don't want your dog groomed in the rain. We do understand if emergencies happen.
What we need from you
A plug point and a tap: we connect our trailer with our own extension cord and hose pipe. And please have a towel ready for your dog. If we need to supply one, it's R20.
Payment
Cash, or EFT on or before the day. Late payments carry an R20 admin fee per reminder, added to the bill.

Wag-A-Doo Mobile Dog Parlour takes great care with every dog we groom. Please read the following before booking.
- Health and medical conditions. Please tell us about any medical conditions, ear infections, skin problems, recent operations or medication before the groom. We are not responsible for problems caused by a condition we were not told about.
- Older and nervous dogs. Grooming can be tiring or stressful for elderly, anxious or unwell dogs. We work gently and at your dog's pace, and we may stop a groom if we feel it is not safe to continue.
- Dogs that bite. Please tell us if your dog bites or snaps. We may need to use a muzzle, or we may not be able to complete the groom.
- Matted coats. We don't de-mat badly knotted fur. A shave may show existing skin problems, such as redness, sores or irritation, that were hidden under the matting. We are not responsible for these.
- Ear infections. We use waterproof head gear to help keep water out, but grooming cannot treat an existing infection. Please see your vet for treatment.
- Prices. Prices on this website are a guide. The final price depends on your dog's coat, condition and behaviour, and on the breed-specific cut you want.
- Weather and cancellations. Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel. Same-day cancellations are charged R100 per dog. We understand if emergencies happen.
- Power and water. Our trailer connects to your plug point and tap with our own extension cord and hose pipe.

We are not liable for stress-related reactions or unforeseen injuries resulting from undisclosed medical or behavioural issues during the grooming process.
